The First Descendant is an immersive action game set in a dystopian future where humanity is under attack by a malevolent alien race. As a member of The Descendants, an elite group tasked with protecting humanity, players must work together in this four-player cooperative RPG shooter to defeat powerful enemies and progress through challenging levels.

Developed using the fifth generation of the Unreal Engine, The First Descendant offers stunning high-quality graphics and a seamless third-person perspective. Players have the freedom to choose from a variety of highly customizable characters, each with their own unique skills and abilities. Battle skills and appearances can be modified, and the developers promise to add even more options in the future.

While primarily designed for cooperative play, The First Descendant also offers single-player capabilities. However, missions will be significantly more challenging when played alone. To aid in the fight against the alien invaders, characters can be equipped with up to three primary weapons and four types of secondary equipment bundles. Sub-weapons and additional accessories can be obtained by clearing single-player missions or participating in multiplayer World Missions. Players can even combine weapons to unlock even greater strength.

Exciting rewards await those who join the battle in The First Descendant. From September 19 to 25, 2023, players can participate in the cross-platform open beta test, available for free on various platforms including PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, and Xbox One. By completing the registration process on the Nexon website, players can not only experience the game before its official release but also earn exclusive beta rewards that will carry over to the full game.
